Hussein Kulmiye Afrah

Hussein Kulmiye Afrah (Somali: Xuseen Kulmiye Afrax, Arabic: أفراح حسين‎) (born 1920) was Vice President of Somalia in the era of Siad Barre, who governed the nation from 1969 to 1991.^[1]
